AsiAspire PTE LTD was founded in 2019 with a single mission: to help companies be successful in the ASEAN market. In 2022 we expanded to consult in South Asia as well.

We have hands-on operational experience in creating downstream success in South and South East Asia for retailers and producers in the protein/agri business markets. We have worked with brand owners and manufacturers who have strategically chosen to develop new retail-based consumer extensions of their brands. We know Asia!

Since we started in 2019, we advised on the buy-out of a Vietnamese agri company, we led a team that drafted the strategy for growth in Asia for a major animal feed producer and were involved in the roll out of this strategy in Indonesia. In Bangladesh we drafted and implemented the down-stream strategy for a major poultry producer.
